Death and taxes. Life’s supposed only certainties.
Yet our friends at Bloomberg.com are reporting on a study linking death and taxes together. It seems that the stress surrounding US Tax Day leads to fatal accidents on American roadways.
And even allowing Americans to file their taxes electronically hasn’t negated the crash trend. Findings in the study suggest stress, lack of sleep, alcohol use and less tolerance to other drivers on tax deadline day may contribute to an increase in deaths on the road.
Isn’t it about time we simplified our US Tax Code???
